You do. Every engineer signs confidentiality and IP assignment agreements, and our contract with you assigns all work product to your company from the first day.
Your team uses company-managed laptops and works inside your environment through your own accounts, single sign-on and access controls. Access follows least-privilege rules, and we remove it the same day someone leaves. We align to your security policies and support your vendor security reviews.
Our standard India schedule overlaps 3–4 hours a day with US Eastern time and up to about 1 hour with Pacific. For West Coast teams, we shift schedules later in the India day. We can also shift schedules for roles that need more real-time collaboration. The rest of the India day is focused build time, so work moves forward while your US team is offline.
Most roles take 6–10 weeks, because engineers in India often have 30–90 day notice periods at their current jobs. Pilots are scoped so they can start sooner, and we begin recruiting for your dedicated team while the pilot runs.
Pilots are fixed-price. Dedicated teams have one monthly fee per person that covers salary, benefits, workspace, equipment, HR and engineering management, so you don't face surprise costs.
No. Your team is employed through Indova Labs at first, so you can start without setting up anything in India. When you're ready to take ownership, we help you set up your own entity.
We help you set up your Indian entity, move each team member's employment to it, and hand over processes, tools and documentation. The transfer fee and timing are agreed in your contract up front. Many clients keep us on afterward for hiring or advisory support.
Pilots are fixed-scope with no commitment beyond the pilot. Dedicated teams run on renewable agreements with clear notice terms.
